Because we receive many inquiries about what can and cannot
be picked up at your curbside, Rocky Mountain Sanitation has developed
this guide,
Trash 101. This guide also takes the guess work out of understanding
holiday trash removal schedules and hours of operation for area recycling,
solid waste and landfill services.

Holiday Trash Removal Schedule:
Rocky Mountain Sanitation
recognizes six major holidays in the calendar year: New Year’s
Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas
Day. From the holiday to the end of the week, all Rocky Mountain
Sanitation customer's trash removal day will be delayed by one day.
For example, if your trash removal day were on a Tuesday and the
major holiday were a Monday, your removal day would be on Wednesday.
